Tsyganova IE, their acceptance is expressly limited to these conditions.

The purpose of the Site and Mobile Applications owned by IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" and managed by them is to provide photo editing and processing services. You (the "User" or "you") are accessing the Site and the Mobile Apps under the following terms:

1. ACCESS TO SERVICES

In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, IE "Tsyganova Natalya Igorevna" may offer the services described in more detail on the Site and in the mobile version, which are selected by you solely for your own use and not for the use or benefit of a third party. The Services include, but are not limited to, any services and applications that IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" provides you, as well as the offer of any materials on the Site and in mobile devices. We may change, suspend or terminate the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, tool, database or materials after the end of the service or due to non-compliance with the terms of use. IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" may also impose restrictions on certain free features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without. IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" reserves the right, in its sole discretion: to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you an email notice. You are responsible for reviewing and familiarizing yourself with any such modifications.

If a User under the age of 18 purchases Paid Services, he must first obtain consent to conduct a financial transaction from legal representatives. The fact of purchasing Paid Services is a confirmation of obtaining such consent from a legal representative. If necessary, the Administrator has the right to request written confirmation of consent and the provision of passport data to determine the true age of the User.

IE "Tsyganova Natalya Igorevna" will endeavor to provide access to the Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, there will be times when the Services will be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications lines and equipment. IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" will make efforts to minimize these violations, if they depend on the control of the IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna". You agree that IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" will in any event be liable to you or any other party for any suspension, modification, discontinuation or unavailability of the site, services, your User Content (as defined herein) or other content. All trademarks, icons, and trade names that appear on the Services (other than those that appear on any User Content) are the property of Tsyganova Natalya Igorevna. and/or third parties. You agree to abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Services.

The Services are copyrighted as a collective work and/or compilation under  copyright and international conventions. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, upload, distribute, perform or display our materials, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, participate in the transfer or sale of any non-personal software material, materials or Services – in whole or in part.

You may download or copy non-personal Content and other non-personal items displayed on the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you comply with all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing includes all exclusive rights, immunities, disclosures and disclaimers. You warrant, represent and agree that you have the right to provide IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" and the Services the rights set forth above. IE «Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna»  reserves the right to remove any User Content from its Services, suspend or terminate your right to use the Services at any time in its sole discretion, or pursue any other legal remedy or remedy available to Natalya Igorevna Tsyganova  and/or the Services in accordance with the principles of justice or law. for any reason (including, but not limited to, after receiving claims or statements from third parties or authorities regarding such User Content, or if Natalya Igorevna Tsyganova is concerned that you may have violated the immediately preceding sentence). You are responsible for all Content posted or developed under your username, including Content provided by a third party that you have authorized to post Content under your username (whether in the form of illustrations, comments, or any other form), please send us a message about this in the Feedback on the site. To comply with our attribution requirements (attribution requirements), you must add a direct link back to mingli.ru.

Any comments, suggestions, or feedback relating to the Services (collectively referred to as "Feedback" or "Feedback" Comments" submitted by IE "Tsyganova Natalya Igorevna" become the property of IE "Tsyganova Natalya Igorevna" or his authorized person. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna", its directors, officers, shareholders, employees or members be liable in relation to services for (a) any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind; (b) damages related to loss of use, profits, data, images, user generated content or other intangible assets; (c) damages due to unauthorized use, non-use of the site, errors or omissions; or (d) damages related to uploading or posting content.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the Services at any time by notifying the other party in any way. IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" may also immediately terminate or suspend any and all Services without notice or liability if you breach any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services and access to any Content will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, but not limited to, title provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the Services does not release you from any obligations that arose or arose prior to such termination, and does not limit any liability you may otherwise have to Natalya Igorevna Tsyganova IE. or its Services

11. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement (including Privacy Policy), as modified from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement between you, the Services and IE "Tsyganova Natalya Igorevna" with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or written or oral understandings regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. The failure of either party to exercise any right provided herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any additional rights hereunder. IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is the result of any cause beyond the reasonable control of IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna", including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic or communication failure or deterioration. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary for this Agreement to otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. This Agreement is not subject to assignment, transfer or sublicense without the prior written consent of IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna". IE "Tsyganova Natalia Igorevna" may assign this Agreement in whole or in part at any time without your consent.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. No agencies, partnerships, joint ventures or jobs are created as a result of this Agreement, and you have no authority to bind Natalya Tsyganova I.P. in any respect. Any notice of the Services that is required or permitted by this Agreement must be sent to the feedback on the site and is valid from the moment it is received.
